after watching this i guess it is time to plan and what we need to do..
start technical college
- teach about construction, building apartment, cities
- preferable floating city
- students pay their tuition fee, the fee includes cost for construction, material purchasing, etc, etc
- indirectly students themselves are free labor to build infrastructure
- contour crafting, automated building technology can be considered, low cost and fast speed
- students themselves will have access to the house
business plan
- why need to start such college
- students which basically also people and the typical situation is they get a job, save money and buy house.
- this is completely obsolete while paying loans to bank for 40 years term is insane
- we offer solution that enable people to be truly responsible in their life and learn how to build instead buy with money
- significantly reduce consumer to pay unnecessary money, and just contribute the actual material cost and construction during the coursework
- also indirectly solves poverty and true solution to enable everyone have comfortable life
- advantages is building a mansion or luxury housing project is matter knowledge and technical aspect, not related with either you have enough purchasing money power or not.
